Guest Speaker – Jim Coyne

Jim Coyne, Co-founder, Assist Avon Lake will be our presenter at our May 25th club meeting.

The prescription drug and heroin problem has escalated dramatically in the Northeast Ohio and Lorain County areas over the last three years. ASSISTavonlake was formed by some families and friends of people who have lost a loved one due to this problem.

The group wants to bring awareness of the issue to the community, bring local officials together to work on the problem directly and offer assistance to the addict, families, or friends who are affected by an addiction to drugs.
